Delivery, Postage & Packaging

All orders received before 5pm will be dispatched within 48 hrs of that day. Any order after 5pm will be classed as before 5pm the following day. Weekend orders are classed as before 5pm Monday; most orders are generally received within 3 working days, but please allow up to five working days for delivery.

If you place an especially high-value order we reserve the right to contact you for further confirmation of your delivery details, prior to authorisation.

Returns Policy

Max Styling wants you to be happy every time you shop with us.  We will be happy to give a prompt replacement if the return results either from an error made by us or from a damaged or defective item. However, you must notify and return the damaged or defective product and this must be received by us within 14 days of delivery to you.  You may be asked to supply a picture of the plates received. You will not be charged any additional postage or handling fees for replacement.

To make a return, please give the reason for the return and wrap the package securely. Then send it to the address below:
